Maybe you can rip sprites but that arena in the video looks really really boring.

@PrznDoom: An animation for walking and firing at the same time is impossible. I requested it recently, but Graf Zahl said that the engine can't handle it.

Looks cool, but it's kind of tall.

Has nobody ever thought of giving a RUNNINGCHECK in the see state of the player, and checking for the item in the MISSILE/MELEE states then playing the anim?

BECUASE I NOT CHANGE THE PLAYEROFFSET PROPERTIE FOR THE PLAYER....THAT IS THE REAZON, LATER I WILL INCREASE THAT.

I've heard A_JumpIfInventories don't work right with player classes, but I haven't tried them myself.

It certainly helped a bit when Daniel went and made a player class where you could see which weapon is being held. Not sure what happened to that.

How would it work if the player fired then started moving, or stopped moving while firing?

Then I fear we'd have to step up with ACS, using a script to determine velocity and so forth.

Well, a really good enemy...but in the end, the marine movements are a bit goofy... :lol:

I don't remember the D3 archvile attack, but i've never seen an archvile launching those flames...maybe i'm totally wrong... :)
