Memento Mori, Requim, Hell Revealed etc. authors

Does anyone know if any of the people involved in making these classic megawads are still mapping to this day? I would really like to play some of their maps (or can you recommend similiar wads?)

This is one is pretty recent. It's from Yonatan Donner, author of Hell Revealed.

Thanks, that was pretty cool, apart form being totally dismembered by the monsters as soon as you start

What about hellcore? Some of those maps were simply amazing! I wish map32 was completed. The mood in that map was awesome! and it didnt even have monsters!

However, for some strange reason I never finished that megawad, I had problems in map05 not loading for a linedef or something like that, so i fixed it, but I never went too far

Re: Memento Mori, a quick check shows that Tom Mustaine did a ton of mapping for Ritual Entertainment, but is now at EA? Also Dario Casali worked on Half-Life and is still at Valve today, and so's Iikka Keränen (He's on the TF2 dev commentary)

Aww, I didn't know that, I thought he worked there more recently like Iikka. I wonder what he's up to now...

(It says he did work a lot on Worldcraft though, which became Hammer, which is an awesome editor.)

That's not recent at all. It came out in 1998 if I remember correctly. It was just uploaded to the archives recently.
