I don't know, making girl ones kind of creeps me out. I just would feel uncomfortable performing fatalities on girls. Unless the girl zombies were vicious and nasty. If somebody makes girl zombies, they should make them as grotesque as possible so I won't feel bad about blowing them away.

Another bug/issue I keep forgetting to mention (it's been there forever iirc), the random spark particles from Cacodemon projectiles don't fade away underwater, unless they hit another solid actor (or maybe just the player), unlike every other particle effect from other sources. This leads to massive lag in maps with underwater parts.

Dunno if it's been mentioned already, but when using the Grenade Launcher, the Railgun, or the BFG10K, using the kick button doesn't make any "whoosh" sounds, and you are unable to perform the flying-jump-kick.
