Can someone save solution in VS2010 format? I don't have any OS that can open VS2015 solution files but want a see what I can do with wine-specific errors. I have MS VS2010 but it cannot open project (MonoDevelop also crash).

I add export and import filters (in PCX format, but this is not important — imagemagik may work with it). Link in a first post.

I thought t decided to ask exactly what you need from this program? Plans to create filters for import / export in bitmap and generation acs file for font metrics (and functions like GetStringWidth / GetStringHeigth)
By the way, I recently updated the source code.

You may remove very dark pixels with threshold filter (the black is transparent).
Yes, I can upload source, maybe tomorrow (I need change something before, for example, make it possible to compile on gcc).

Added Italic+kerning support.

I wanted to suggest it yesterday :) It's really needed because a "standard" speed is fast, but change speed look bad because weapon bobbing was unaffected.
