Multiple projectiles that seek different targets?

I can't think of a better way to title this thread without it being obnoxiously long. Essentially I'm looking for a way for a weapon to mimic the way A_CStaffAttack's 2 projectiles seek two different targets, or more specifically how Doom 64's Unmaker can fire at 3 different targets onscreen ...
