This is an unsupported feature. 3D planes may not overlap with each other or the actual sector floor or ceiling as it would necessitate splitting a sector which is plain and simply impossible.

From zandronum tracker:
This happens in all versions, even outside of Zandronum.

I made a indoor swimming pool with deep water (3D floor). If I let it lower or raise, it seems to almost ignore the slope while the collision works alright.
----
- Load the included map (type map ALDM02).
- There's a small room with a switch, press it.
- Watch the water lowering/raising.
The map is provided in the tracker and the switch is at coordinates 600 -700 at your left. This happens in both zdoom and gzdoom, with a slight difference about zdoom drawing the water level inside the sloped pool while going up/down.

[unrelated note]the switch appearance is broken in zdoom, maybe another float regression?
