yeah 47i has a mapinfo bug that effects it, try editing out the episodes part of mapinfo (the top couple of lines), it won't effect anything except to play the training map you'll need to warp to map16 (which is no big loss) and it should work fine after that in 47i with no issues (though there is a crash at one point). all this has fixed of course and the next version should run it without any problems

Yeah, I really enjoyed MassMouth 2 (But the first one was good too). Im' impressed that all the voices were done by Cyb, cool stuff. One of my favorite bits was the secret level... is that taking the micky out of a spacific old game? I liked the Flaming Death game show too, really funny stuff :-D.

I didn't find all thesecrets, but I completed it at leas once without cheating (I cheated the othertimes just to see the other endings).

It's just a shame I can't get it to work with 47i cus it would look quite impressive with uncapped frame rate :-D.

I just used 47, worked fine. I played and completed it yestarday... I'm impressed, it had me gripped from start to finish. I fount the secret level too, quite funny that :-).

What's the Doomworld flash all about?

Cool stuff anyway :-).

I can't get the damn thing to work at all on 47i, gonna have to download 47.cab just to play this TC... I've tried windowing itr and i've tried warping to the first map, both just come up with the 'mapinfo' error...

Ahh thank you.

Well, Rex isn't supposed to cross the bridge; either path you take, Rex should go into the cage behind the village...

by Lumpy » Thu Jul 24, 2003 8:28 pm

How do I get Rex to cross the bridge?

by Cyb » Thu Jul 24, 2003 7:02 pm

this is linked in the text file (the one in the zip) but: http://doom.vect.org:8080/massm2/ has info for the secrets and endings as well as which things are which in terms of dehacked

Well, for the secret level, I found that the most effective way to get there is IDCLEV 31 :), but maybe that wasn't the intention...The 5 endings are:
  • Worm gets killed, you join Romero
  • Worm gets killed, you kill Romero
  • Worm lives, you join Romero
  • Worm lives, you kill Romero
  • Worm lives, you kill him AND Romero
where the first two are if you don't save the Worm in "Space Station Romero".
