This has nothing to do with the Cyberdemon but is actually a crash in the renderer while drawing a wall. I can't be sure of the exact cause, but I did find a bug while working on the new texture system that could cause non-power-of-2 height textures to crash, so I assume this is the same thing, so I will call this fixed for 2.0.48/2.1.0.
(This is actually an original Doom bug that only became visible after the zone heap was removed.)
