Randy repeatedly stated that he won't allow WADs that combine skins with other data due to the risk of abuse.

A_SKIN Support for TC and PC... If you use this without this support, it removes everything else on that mod exept its self!

PC, Partial Conversion, my mod i'm working on won't let me use skins for it either, why?
