I suppose a good option 'd be to get ambient noises and when you hit/smack/walk across/next to certain trees birds pop up and fly away, adds to the ambience 'n all that... it's a rare thing seen in doom mods but I've seen one or two that had that...
... then again what fps doesn't have that random scare-your-arse-off-cuz-of-birds-flying-somewhere-away-cuz-ya-pass nowadays?

It did that in Resident Evil 4, and yes, it was scary. Then again it was supposed to scare you then.

If I remember correctly, Phocas Island 2 has birds (seagulls I think).

Also you could have more variation in grass...

A demo might be released in maybe the next 15 days or so. A good release date would be the 15-20th. I want to release SOMETHING at the end of this month. It's nto going to be much. You will be able to collect items from monsters and go on a killing spree with 50 guards on you. I might only have one or two dungeons finished by then.
Also, about the grass, It's my first try. What should I do to make it look better? I'm using a daggerfall texture pack, but I decided to make mine original. I knew you were using daggerfall decorations so I didn't want to be a copy.

Well IMO the grass would look better if you have like different types of grass and vegetation.
It's my first try.
What I did in my mod was my first try too

I never played around with grass objects before...

I'm speechless, this looks truly fantastic.
If you release a demo, please include some kind of npc interaction or at least a glimpse at how the crime system works, because it sounds really interesting. Keep up the good work!

Well there hasn't been a post in a very long time, so I'd assume it would be unless the author says otherwise.
