Indeed he isn't. In fact...
A post in the official thread wrote:By posting the link in the zdoom forums you'll lure Lord Mattus and his ilk to crappise this WRW as well, unless your constant judgement of weapons keeps up the justice.

DoomRater wrote:a borked one, too- You can't use decimal values for codepointers. If you do, the parser plugs in 0.
Im assuming this is why the chaingun spreads perfectly with a spread value of
5.6

Chaingun's spread is 5, not 5.6.
Refer to Lex Luthor.

The default chaingun, pistol, 3 of my chainguns, and my pistol ALL have a spread value of 5.6, they actually spread.

I'm not often wrong, so it's quite a shock. On the other hand, I want confirmation that decimal values do nothing... so I'm going to run a few tests.
Annnnd... my tests say they do something. When did this happen? Had I known about this earlier I'd have been using it. Maybe I should test on 96x.... cept I don't know if I have a copy. Strange, I was sure decimal values weren't accepted in earlier versions.

Seemingly since Cabinet 98. I dont feel like testing 63a or I would to see if it works. Oh, wait, cant have decorate weapons there!
The problem with that AR is probably refire. If theres no refire, theres no spread, the first shot is always at 0.
