Before I read the quotes:

Zombiegunner: I imagined black-masked ISIS dudes by default, though having an 80s metal song stuck in my head all week I'm leaning towards street gangbangers in leather and denim, lol.

Impinky (I keep wanting to use "pimpy" but let's not go there): I keep thinking something like a more furry, bestial "average" between the weredragon and the clink from Heretic.

Lostre: There's one custom monster from Strange Aeons that works pretty much exactly as how I'm imagining this (and is pretty much my inspiration, no pun intended).

Cacoknight: A much darker ironlich with only one eye and no nose (like a caco!).

Anthropotron: Frank Horrigan from Fallout 2.

Barromero: Xenomorph egg. Maybe veinier?

Archduke Villenand: Pretty much just like the baron.

Cyberdemancubus: Mancubus with more muscle and metal bits.

Boner Mastermind: A huge screaming skull-faced mess of metal and flesh, can't really see when it's moving whether its limbs look more like a spider, a monkey or a man. (think a fusion of Kraang, the sentinels from The Matrix, and General Grievous.) Revenant rockets pop out of its giant exposed brain like baby Surinam toads.


(EDIT: fwiw, I'm definitely liking HorrorMovieGuy's takes more than scifista42's. The latter seems to be more focussed on mitigating weaknesses, while the former takes one strength from each.)

Mancubus + Revenant = Kind of zombiefied mancubus body with holes to see their bones, with the armor of the Revenant and tween rocket launcher, the mancubus fireblaster will be change by a small version of chaingun blaster with 3 cannons that shoot flaming rockets, they explode and left all on fire, and if the player get too close the tween cannon will burn with flames or poison gas

any monster combined with mancubus would be hilarious really. Especially Imp after applying spikes in all the right places

Assuming we can just jettison the plot and aesthetics:

All zombies and imp: Spread blaster trooper and rapid-fire blaster trooper, have glowing zap bayonets up close

Pinkie, spectre, lost soul: Wyrm-dog (slithers about in the dark, low profile and hard to see, climb walls and drop on you)

Mancubus, baron, archvile: huge immovable bullet-sponge that summons barrels in the air above you that drop down and explode. (but sometimes it doesn't ignite and the goo wanders off to seep into something dead and possess it.) The barrels spawn from the ceiling and split if they fall too far.

Knight, painelemental: Big burly blaster trooper with a sack full of wyrm-dogs, whips out a blaster (which slows down his throwing wyrm-dogs at you) once you start killing his doodz.

Cacodemon, arachnotron: Aerial hunter-killer dual-rapid-fire blaster drone.

Cyberdemon, spidermastermind, revenant: Drone carrier platform that launches dozens and dozens of little light-blaster flying robots after you - they take one shot each to kill but they move very quickly, block your shots from the boss, and explode violently which they also do once they're up close.

Archvile, bossbrain: A tiny, extremely fast-moving clown-car-like transport that keeps dropping blaster troopers everywhere (including the vermi-K9 units), occasionally stopping to repair and reboot the remains of a broken robot.
