I know sgtmarkiv has done a ton of bad stuff and somewhat deserved his ban but however minus the suicide thing I'm fine with him being edgy.

The suicide encouragement, the tasteless jokes, the constant antagonizing of the people who made his resources for him and then absolute refusal to credit anybody for it? All that's why he's still banned. Furthermore, this isn't a thread about Sarge OR Brutal Doom and it's really off-topic now.

Exactly I've seen some of his older posts on the thread while browsing his banned account and he was extremely harsh.

Sorry I even brought up He Who Apparently Must Not Be Named!

That said, I think it's helpful to look at the mention in context again:

  • yes, even Hitler and Stalin and Charlie Manson and the ISIS goons and [...] Donald Trump and Richard Dawkins and that guy who cut you off without signalling when you were coming home from work and that one underwriter who nearly cost your client an eight-figure deal because they won't stop nitpicking every stupid thing...
It's intended to be a scale of (generally, roughly) decreasing intensity - life for life to scratch for scratch and all.

Thanks for explaining it to me.

You can't. Welcome to the real world, which sadly includes Nazi's, He Who Must Not Be Named, brutal doom fanboys,Tonald Drump, bad Duke Nukem impersonators, and a doom re-boot that only slightly resembles the original.

I'm pretty sure that's not the point of this thread.
