I remember seeing videos on youtube and wanting to play it at some point. Now I want to play it and can't find it since I don't remember the name. Looking for a good single player level pack.
Did it have md2 format models by any chance?

All series:

Carnage Galore
http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=7756

Carnage Galore II
http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=8628

Carnage Galore III (old)
http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=11625 (outdated, replaced by fury_ch2)

Carnage Galore III
http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=12429

Carnage Galore and Carnage Galore II can both be played in ZDoom

Carnage Galore III can be played in GZDoom (though it is created for a very old version of Doomsday engine)

About those Carnage Glalore wads, did anybody DL 1 & 2 and notice that the first mission in each is nearly exactly the same? At first, I thought I goofed and somehow managed to extract the same one twice, but they have different enemy placement. Level architecture is a spitting image though.
And about 3: it is playable, but I was getting some glitchy textures & sprites. In Zdoom at least (v1.4.3); I didn't try GZDoom.

Carnage Galore replaces Hell's Maw episode (episode 2). Read the txt.

Ichor: Blood of the Gods - Carnage Galore II replaces Dome of D'Sparil episode (episode 3).

Carnage Galore III needs GZDoom (I think). Some effects (lights etc.) that appear in its Doomsday (v0.99.6) engine, they will not appear in GZDoom. Other than that, it's pretty much playable in GZDoom. At least I played for 15min before I died and all seemed ok. Don't forget to load fury.wad and furydata.wad (or whatever the names are).

Carnage Galore I and II are Heretic mods, but Carnage Galore III is a Hexen mod.
