[Fixed] 2 linedef trigger bugs

1. When you put a walk/shoot special on the first side of a closed door you can activate any swich that is behind that door without opening the door. Seen on Eternal Map28 Linedef 214.

2. Boom's generalized linedef types that have 'monsters can trigger' set can be activated by anything that is not a missile. In ZDoom this does not work. Seen on Demonizd.wad Map01. Check out the lamp at (-904, 4488)

Fixed both of them. However, Eternal Map28 is not really a good example of the first bug you cite, because the floor blocking the switch does not touch the ceiling. The reason you can't use the switch in Doom without shooting the glass is because the shoot special prevents the use key from reaching the switch behind it. If you change its type to 0, then you will also be able to use the switch behind the glass in Doom. I've extended compat_useblocking to also work with this case.
