LIGHTSCAPE is a PvP-oriented standalone mod for Q-Zandronum. It is a continuation/rebrand of Alphatius and aims to bring classic Arena FPS to the present day.
Why LIGHTSCAPE?
While most boomer shooters try to reinvent the wheel with old mechanics, copy the same formulas used in the late 90s, and ultimately flop; LIGHTSCAPE tries a unique approach. Instead of focusing on what has already been "done to death" for the past 30 years, LIGHTSCAPE brings a blend of new and old mechanics, unique weapons, and fresh maps. This blend brings something different to the arena FPS genre, while adding consistent updates and new content to make sure LIGHTSCAPE is always evolving.

Known Issues
Spoiler:
Dash is not bound by default. This can be bound in Options > Keybinds under Movement section (at the very bottom).
Some menu options may not be properly implemented.
Some occasional de-syncs may occur in multiplayer.
Audio SFX volume consistency needs a full rework.
