Good morning. First, I’d like to point out that I’m not an expert. I would like to achieve the best possible graphics without changing the original atmosphere too much. I installed the mods you can see in the picture. Should I add, change, or remove anything?
I would also like to solve the issue where shadows do not rotate with the sprites. I tried disabling shadows for objects and characters, but I cannot find such an option.

thank you
What are the best grap. settings? – I would appreciate some advice.

There is no "best" graphics. The best is what you like the most. (If you want an opinion, I'd say that for enhanced dooming experience Beautiful Doom alone is enough.)
It seems to me that most of the loaded mods overlap and don't actually add anything. There are several HQ, HD and upscaled texture packs, which may replace one another.
The rotated shadows may be caused by the engine being confused by layers of graphics replacements. You can try to fix it by removing something from the mod load list.
