[Addon/Compatibility Patch] Guncaster v4.0 ↔ God Complex v1.2.0b (GodCaster)

This is a compatibility patch designed to make Guncaster v4.0 work with God Complex v1.2.0b.
It does not modify the original mods, but ensures they function correctly together and balances gameplay.
