okay so i load up gz doom doom 2 hell on earth and the game half loads but no HUD and when paused you cant see anything. i have tried many different ways to load gz doom, like zdl etc. had no problems before in the past.
any help would be greatly appreciated
i have screenshots and video but wont let me post on here

If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.

We also need to know how you load the game because the standard is:
Drag Doom 2.wad (which is in the GZDoom directory) to GZDoom and it loads. This is not using ZDL.
And also which GZDoom you are using and where the whole GZDoom directory is located.

do you have an email i can send a wetransfer link too with screen shots and a video? so at the moment gzdoom 4.10 as i boot up hell on earth the menu flickers and no hud its like its half loaded. i have just managed to play ashes 2063 and wanted to play afterglow but it just does the same thing where the menu and hud glitches and you can not read anything. got so many mods to try out and its not playing ball!

What's your GPU? Are the drivers up to date?
The way the screen melt/fade glitches up really badly makes me suspicious of issues related to the GPU or rendering.

sorry Mod i just kept thinking of things to say lol
right so i have been fiddling about and i have found the issue. it was the gz doom settings (obviously) lol
rendering was set to Vulkan and i switched to OPENGL ES i haven't tried OPENGL if it aint broke don't fix it as they say.
so yeah probably something i should have checked a while ago! but thanks all for the help

but i will add that if i try loading mods via ZDL and use the latest version of gz i think it is automatically setting it back to Vulkan which i do not know how to fix.. so still some questions unanswered lol
