[4.14] Clientside pickups: Backpacks give double ammo

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

[4.14] Clientside pickups: Backpacks give double ammo

If playing a netgame with sv_localitems 1, backpacks give twice as much ammo as they should be.

To reproduce:
Host a netgame
sv_localitems 1
summon backpack
Pick it up
You will get 20 bullets, 8 shells, 2 rockets and 40 cells - twice the ammo you'd get in singleplayer or in MP with clientside pickups disabled.
