Several feature suggestions (might available via mod)

As we all know GzDoom along with its mods through PWADS allow for many, many features to be added to the game, ranging from displaying enemy HP, adding health regeneration, Icon of Sin replacement to a single boss monster, to showing map textures and keys.
Now if i may ask if there's mods that allow the players to:
-convert health and/or ammo into inventory items if full
-convert most, if not all, time-limited use items into inventory items
-a B****l Doom like AI upgrade but works on vanilla and custom monsters (temporarily i have to use ultimate custom doom to boost monsters speed as a workaround)
- "Anti-Stuck" feature that automatically finish the stage in 15 minutes (configurable) or after all monsters are killed (with configurable grace period in case of monster-less levels)
-Ending screen (monster roll call) replacement (kind of like the credits in the Doom remaster), can be a configurable still image (or images), video, or a non-interactive level.

All of this is indeed stuff that the engine already supports and that can be made through mods.
