Sprites not facing camera if billboarding is set to Y axis
See title. This applies to both +BILLBOARDFACECAMERA and the menu option. As long as billboarding is set to Y and not X/Y sprites will not turn to face the camera.

While I've never actually seen this myself in Doom until I was poked about it today (I see it all the time in modern engines trying to be retro), the Sprites Face Camera option doesn't work in 4.12.x unless billboarding is specifically set to X/Y. It does work however in 4.11.x...
