Save Deletion

Hello! I would like to report a small bug.
Well, there is a problem when I try to delete a save file through GZDoom. When I press "delete" on a save file and then press "yes" to confirm it, it looks like the save file is deleted. But when I relaunch GZDoom, this save file returns. So, I have to delete it manually from the save folder.

What are the permissions on your save folder?
Also, what version of GZDoom and what operating system are you running?

Did you install GZDoom into Program Files?

Well, I use the latest 4.12.2 version of GZDoom on Windows 10. Permissions? What is it? GZDoom is not installed into Program Files, it's installed into my own folder.
