GZDoom g4.12.1 not displaying HD skybox

Hi,

I recently updated from g4.11.3 to g4.12.1 and noticed that HD skyboxes were not displaying correctly as pictured below -

I've tested back and fourth between builds multiple times and it appears g4.12.1 may be the issue.

Testing with Brutal doom black edition BDBE_v3.38 and HDtextures pack via Vulkan.
