To any Zandronum users, most of the constant definitions (except those for the lump reading API) are currently missing, this is a known issue (caused by yours truly :p). Will be fixed for the next release, whenever that is.

In 1.60, zcommon.acs and zdefs.acs consuming less space than in 1.59, is it intended?

File space on disk doesn't affect functionality of the program. Probably some stray spaces, new lines or tabs got cleaned up with the updates.
