keybind to toggle dynamic lights?

keybind to toggle dynamic lights?

I'm currently using

L=gl_lights 1
K=gl_lights 0

because I can't seem to figure out a toggle option, if there is one. Anyone know how to use one key to toggle this?

L=toggle gl_lights
