Using GZDoom 4.10.0 on Windows 10
How to reproduce: Load attached minimal repro WAD. Without moving from spawn, look up and to the left.
This happens on both the classic and truecolor software renderers. The weirdest part is that it flickers even while not moving, and in fact, even with the menu open and game paused. I set the start position of the map somewhere that reproduces the issue, but it can be seen from other positions as well.
PS: Is it preferred to report bugs here in the forum, or through github?
