Tray Launcher Sharp v1.3
Although not specifically a ZDoom launcher, this program can be customized in any way. Since this forum isn't allowing me to post any attachments/pictures you're going to have to download it off of my website.

Tray Launcher 1.3 is out now if anybody is interested. It has some customizeable stuff like the menu item backgrounds.
