It doesn't affect enemies anymore at all, regardless of fire mode (primary or using them as turrets).
In turret mode they still seem to track enemies fine, but they are otherwise wholly ineffective.

Primary function is fixed in "- Blood: Fixed bad target angle setup in `MoveMissile()` where 90° counter-clockwise rotation was lost.". On the hunt for turret mode now.

Turret mode fixed in "- Blood: Repair life leach turret mode where target's position and not velocity was used.".
