[imgur] tag doesn't inline an image

Maybe the tooltip should say so:

The problem is it worked previously without that, so something changed in the way the board parses our custom BBCode definitions. Ideally we want to fix the BBCode parsing so old urls are handled correctly, rather than telling people to change how they use the code.

This might have to be completely redone in a different way. We'll have to explore our options here when the dust settles, first.
