Spoiler: WEAPONS
Weapons
Slot 1: Zapper
Your starting weapon. Rapid fire, but with low damage. Ammo recharges while not in use. Altfire projects a shield that reflects incoming projectiles but drains the battery quickly.
When you find the Taser Module, it adds a low damage electric attack while using the zapper shield altfire. The Tazer Module replaces the Chainsaw.
Slot 1a: Vulcan
Shoots high speed tracers, greater damage and accuracy than the Zapper. Altfire shoots a focused shot that can pierce through weaker enemies. Dropped from Chaingunners.
Slot 2: Scatter
Shoots 5 green projectiles in a spread pattern. Projectiles bounce off walls. Deals devastating damage in tight quarters.
Altfire shoots in a tighter pattern. Replaces the Super Shotgun, and occasionally spawns in place of the Shotgun.
Slot 3: Rocket
Deals high impact damage with a decent fire rate. Good for focusing on single targets or swarms of weaker enemies. Altfire shoots a grenade that lies in wait for enemies and jumps towards them when they get near. Replaces the Rocket Launcher.
Slot 4: Plasma
The strongest weapon in your arsenal by far. Shoots a huge piercing projectile that pierces targets and deals massive damage to all enemy types. Altfire shoots a wide horizontal spread of tracers.
You may find the Weapon Overdrive Powerup in your travels, which powers up your weapons in interesting ways:
Zapper: Fires slower but higher damage projectiles. Slight splash damage. Altfire has a powerful taser attack even if you don't have the Tazer Module. Scatter: Shoots more projectiles at a faster rate. Rocket: Fires rockets that explode in a cross shape. Watch out for the splash damage! Altfire shoots smart cluster bombs. Plasma: Projectiles leave behind a trail that explodes after a short delay. Altfire shoots 3x faster.
GROOOOVY!! Really wanted to see this heroic nightcrawler to join in doom modding bandwagon. It's super impressive that you can basically do anything with the basic weapon. Pistol starting doesn't sound so bad now! Good job so far.

- The ammo Shotgun Guys drop, is it only for Scatter Shots? Its pickup message might need more details. Oh, also it uses vanilla doom pickup sound.
- How do i detonate the Grenades with Rocket Attatchment? Tried every key including Weapon State keys but to no avail. Are they supposed to be the deployable mine? If so, they don't usually detonate when the enemy comes by, i'm afraid.
- Plasma Power!!! Might need more firepower. Either Baron and Arch-Vile go down quickly, but not quick enough to clean off the bosses. Try zap a Spider Mastermind in point blank with secondary fire mode. Unless she goes down in one shot, it lacks some good beef.
Spoiler: Just a bit of optional suggestion that might make the mod super fun, if you're interested!
- Special attacks like shmup bomb! Or handy explosives that you can use in dire situations, like Homing Missile from EWJ for Sega CD or EWJ2.
- Some awesome moves you can do by using your head. For instance, Doing a grappling hook with worm whip and hovering with your head.
- We certainly need a cow, man. Not the cybernetic engineered one, i mean the lethal one that falls down from the sky.
- Can of worms for megasphere or invulnerability replacement!
- Jim saying dozens of funny words. Featuring Dan Castellaneta from the animated series of it!
