x offset parameter for A_SpawnProjectile

x offset parameter for A_SpawnProjectile

Hi,

I just propose to add an x offset parameter for A_SpawnProjectile like it already exists for A_SpawnItemEx.

Particularly usefull to avoid conflicts when using hitboxes for monsters.

SImple, but a feature that would improve a lot the flexibility of this function.
