Universal Hard to Read HUD

This an update and name change cuz this one is superior.
a GZDoom/Zandro,Zdoom/LZdoom HUD. Works with all IWADS. Should work with most mods too. Only tested on some mods, but works good with reloading weapons and anything with inventory.

Somebody took the time to retool my old trashy code only HUD and asked me to upload it. Works great, and heck yeah!!! I like it. Keeps my old KalsSBARonlyHUD type feel but fixed the screen scaling that I neglected. Big win. Comical name but yeah the screenie says why.

minor update. Now works on all scale settings. =)

Tiny update converting to Strife type inventory bar so the selector isn't all wonky with other mods that use inventory.
