Windows XP and Windows 9x STBars
So yesterday I think I got inspired to make a Windows XP themed STBAR for Doom, after posting it and getting good reactions like people telling me I should post it in the forums as well as people also suggesting a Windows 9x (98, 95) STBAR, I've decided to release them here so that they don't get lost on Discord or on Twitter, feel free to use these in your projects, just give credit-
