New flag to draw flash state underneath gunsprite

Yano, many flash states would be much easier if I could simply draw them under the gun's sprite instead of overtop of them. By default they are drawn overtop. Can we get a flag that will tell ZDoom to draw the flash sprites under the gun sprites?
