ZDoom 1.23 beta 19 has just been uplodaded. It will hopefully be the last beta before I declare it non-beta. The source code is also available.
This version supports localization of many of its text messages based on the settings in the Regional Settings control panel. Currently, only U.S. English has a complete set of strings. The incomplete French set of strings from the Doom source is also included. Since I know there are people from different countries who use ZDoom, this package is available to add new language support (and finish the French strings). If anyone wants to donate more translations, you might want to make arrangements using the Phorum to ensure that there is no duplication of effort.
