strife styled hand trhrowing a grenade

Well, title syas it all. I'm looking for a strife styled hand that could be used for a grenade throwing animation. Nothing fancy, I guess. But my spriting skills are too mediocre to make anything nice, so I"m firstly asking if anyone has or would be willing to make me such a hand.

ALso, I need to note that it could be left hand. Since the right hand has a dagger/punch, the left hand if left empty, so I would love to have it throw grenades.

Here's something I just whipped up.

Could probably use some more work, or another attempt. I just frankensprited two of the hands together from the big hand sheet and made the hand a bit smaller to match the arm.
