When using StartSlideshow with an intermission that hasn't been defined, it freezes.
using StartIntermission doesn't do this.
Use case: playing a slideshow after a boss dies but you don't want to end the game just yet.
I'm aware the easiest way to fix this is to define a slideshow, but I also think it shouldn't freeze or crash.
To trigger: simply run the WAD above with DOOM2.wad and run MAP01. It will trigger the freeze.

Re: [4.4.2] StartSlideshow Freeze
It can be fixed by ONE of these changes, but I cannot decide which one is better.

Graf says intermission.cpp changes are preferrable I think.
