AimingCamera doesn't follow the tagged actor

As the title says: AimingCamera objects no longer follow the actor that is set for them to follow.

Load the demo file with Doom 2 on MAP01. Use the console in front of you to switch your view to the camera. If this was working properly, your view would go up and down, following the powerup you see on the platform as it itself moves up and down, but it actually doesn't do that.

Tested with 4.3.3 and 4.4pre-320-g079e7ee4e (latest as of this post).
