My GZDoom has recently started crashing since I updated my Windows 10 to ver 1903 a few days ago. I uploaded the first crash report, interestingly the second time it crashed it didn't finish creating a crash report.
I am currently running 4.2pre-155, I have been unable to download any new dev builds the last few days I was getting a 404 Forbidden, not I'm just getting a 404 Cacodemon.

Are you sure that it's related to update of Windows? The provided crash report looks like an engine bug.
Unfortunately, minidump lacks significant portion of needed info. Do you have more or less stable repro case?
