level.vec3offset bugged with portals

Please construct and post a simple demo whenever possible for all bug reports. Please provide links to everything.

If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

level.vec3offset bugged with portals

two example weapons plus map
rocketlauncher shoots a very slow projectile with a long trail that moves with it
strange stuff happens when it crosses a sector portal, and doesn't interpolate properly through line portals (static portal used in map)
plasmagun shoots a hitscan that spawns a trail
same strangeness happens with sector portals, but works fine on the line portal
unless fired from some distance away
