psx sounds wad...

Post by Anonymous »

Anybody know where I can get a high quality psx sounds wad that works with doom, doom2 and final doom? I have one right now, but its pretty buggy and has a very "recorded" washed out sound to it....plus alot of the sounds aren't accurate...for instnace when I get hit/shot my guy makes the death scream noise instead of the usual grunts. I had a really good one a while ago, but have since lost it...

Or you could download UnRAR for Windows on the same site. It's a command line tool. Also, the site is French (hence the .fr) FYI.

I have the wad. If anyone needs it i'll upload it. Oh yeah, I managed to use wintex to merge the sounds with the doom2.wad. But if you try normaly it says 'Blabla cannot edit main wad file' Even if it isn't! Godamnit, how did I do it?

Wintex helps me fine in wad stuff. I never could find anything else better than that.
