Whenever I get the megasphere an error happens saying

Tried to spawn a class-less actor

and when I try to play 3 players it says

No Player 3 Start

Note that the Player 3 error only happens with ACS scripting levels. Not the ordinary

This was a bug in an earlier Zdoom that has since been fixed. You must be running an old version.
