A straight port of a simple vignette shader by Ippokratis at ShaderToy.

Has menu sliders for you to customize it to fit your needs. Screenshot is exaggerated; the default settings I ship it with are much more subtle. Good for your artsy/horror mods.

This is nice, might come in handy for TCotD3 if it ever happens :)
