BEX patches are just text files, edit with Notepad or other text editor.

I think its limited in writing stuff for them. Then again, i'm probabily thinking about its boom compadibility flag.

WhackEd works with all Boom-compatible BEX extensions. The only things it doesn't do currently are the ZDoom flags and codepointers. A config file could fix that.
