So my new rig is set up and everything is running great - except one.
When I play my games in Fullscreen, the game gets terribly choppy. But in Windowed mode (at the same resolution) it runs perfect. Any idea what can be wrong? Oh and i'm currently using a GTX 1070, i7-6700k, 16 gig DDR4 3000, Win7 SP1.
Need help with strange FPS problem.

Re: Need help with strange FPS problem.
Could be anything
- Vsync on some newer cards (particularily AMD Rwhatever) can be unstable and choppy at times. Make sure you don't have Vsync forced on in whatever video control panel you have
- Overlay software (that renders over the game that is) may have issues with games using exclusive screen surfaces on some configurations. Try disabling Shadowplay, Gaming Evolved App, Raptr, Steam Community overlay, and whatever else that might do this
- If you're using Windows 10, it'll occassionally backstab your vendor driver with its own outdated Microsoft-approved driver, making you want to update from the vendor again.

Just fixed the problem. I had to force Vsync in my Nvidia control panel.
