Help finding a PC Gamer magazine

I need help finding a particular issue of PC Gamer, specifically the July 1999 issue featuring Star Trek Voyager star 'Seven of Nine' on the front cover. Anyone have a copy they don't need or would be willing to scan a page for me?

Well, that was a rabbit hole and a half. Ended up here (it's not there, sadly) and realized I'm probably out of my depth and you've probably already exhausted all manner of Google-Fu on this.

Just curious because I can't help otherwise: That's a pretty specific request; what did you need out of the issue and what for?

There's an ad for a PC Gamer contest where you enter a fan-made aliens movie for a chance to win AvP swag and a PC. My buddy won the contest in 99 and we recently found the movie... I want to find the ad to prove it existed.

I've been trying to find traces of the US magazine for ages. Someone had a torrent full of them years ago, but it was on a private tracker that has since been taken down, and all I've found since are 4 totally random issues, and none of them are that one. I've asked in a few places a while ago and got nothing.

I used to have the full run myself, but that was 15 years ago, and my parents convinced me to recycle them all when we moved. All I have left are the demo discs...which won't help anything.
