GOD HAND in Doom (Doom Hand)
Hi everybody, bringing the updated version of god hand doom
with new model and combos, and well, more doomish

Now ill start to work with the berserk mode (god mode in god hand)
and adding more monsters like pinkys, hell knights and baron, to release the first demo
early possible, to play it with e1m1-9 from doom.wad
dont lose hopes, i want to finish this mod soon!

This looks pretty entertaining, it's always a pleasant surprise to see 3rd person Doom mods. Though, maybe the view bobbing can be tuned down a bit.

Just to get this aside: NEVER title DmC as "DMC5", or "Dante" from there as Dante, as in: Son of Sparda. The guy you are referring to is "Dante In Name Only" (or DINO in short). If you know anything about the game in question, you will know why.

Not that long ago I was dreaming about overhauling Brutal Doom melee and fatalities into something resembling God Hand's combat... and behold, you delivered (even if only a tiny bit by now)! Actual God Hand mod for Doom! Have I hit heaven already!? Now we I only need Devil May Cry in Doom... oh wait, Demonsteele already covered that (in some way)! What the time for Doom modding has come!
On more practical things: player avatar conversion is one thing, but the mod will not be complete without converted enemies as well. Otherwise, this mod (as I understand) will be boring on maps containing nothing stronger than a Revenant, and downright unbeatable on maps with expanded monster roster, which runs against careful balancing and dynamic difficulty of the original. This would be a lot of work, undeniably.
So, how the cast is going to be? Cyberhand for Devilhand? Mastermind for Belze? And, of course - some sort of Super Mancubus for Elvis?! And do not forget Angra replacing Icon of Sin! (and Olivia stays in that motel forever!)
Also - any special attacks? I can already imagine it: punch-pummeling Hell Knights, suplexing Pinkies, or Cobra Twisting Revenants!
Also - item replacements! Medkits swapped for Fruits, Berserk Packs for Tension Cards, Megaspheres for Roulette Cards....
Holy s***, this one has so much potential! I am going to track this mod! (but I do not know if I will be able to actually play it at all, but hard luck for me, I guess)

Lol, gh is one of my favorite ps2 game(i love chalange, hardcore player). Amazing to see something like it on doom engine. Maybe it can fit well on brutal hexen of classic heretic(a lof of melle monsters)
