ZDoom

This quick little mod took me 10 minutes.
Here's what it does.

"I'm Too Young To Die" is now "Hey, Not Too Rough"
"Hey, Not Too Rough" is now "Hurt Me Plenty"
"Hurt Me Plenty" is now "Ultra-Violence"
"Ultra-Violence" now has Fast Monsters
"Nightmare!" now has cheats NOT disabled.

Seeing as "Hurt Me Plenty" is the default difficulty and "Ultra-Violence" is the only difficulty people actually play on, this mod works.

Alternatively, copy the text in this spoiler, save as MAPINFO.txt and throw that inside a ZIP file and you're done.
(Extra step would be to rename '.zip' to '.pk3'.)
