For those not in the know, Overwatch is having an open beta until May 9th. It is Blizzard's first FPS and it is somewhat team-fortress style. If you're looking for a try-before-you-buy option this is it, they opened it for free for everyone during this short time.
If anyone wants to play with me, just PM and I'll give you my Battletag. I play on North American servers, and I mostly play as Mercy, but sometimes will switch to Bastion, Torbjörn, or Reinhardt as needed. Skype will probably be required if you're grouping with me, too, though.

Re: Overwatch Open Beta
... I forgot overwatch is a thing. Might have to give it a buy when it comes out so i can have another classed based shooter that's not hatfortress2. I wish i had the beta too, it looks fun.

Re: Overwatch Open Beta
Give it a try while it's still free, then.
Personally, I find it fun, but like most Blizzard games it does suffer a lot from balance issues (a lot of teams like to spam Junkrats, for example, because the ultimate is pretty much a bomb that destroys groups of players). Whatever it is now, though, it won't be in two years, so I don't know, you have to decide if you're getting your money's worth. (That's just the nature of Blizzard, though) A friend bought it for me so I figured why not - and haven't regretted it since. It's not something I am going to play in the future as much as I play now, though, and I figured if anyone wanted a chance to spend time with me this might be the best way.
